Terms & Conditions

Last updated July 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the plus one mobile apps and web application (the “service”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

plus one provides physical access-control software that allows members of a workspace to unlock authorized doors and allows administrators to manage members and access. Access is granted and revoked by the organization that operates your workspace; plus one does not control who is given access.

Your account and credentials

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Do not share your credentials or let others use your account to access doors.
  • Notify us or your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to gain access to any area you are not authorized to enter.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the service or its security.
  • Reverse engineer, or attempt to circumvent access controls or hardware.
  • Use the service in violation of your organization’s policies or applicable law.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Door access can depend on network connectivity, hardware, and third-party systems outside our control. You should not rely on the service as the sole means of entry or exit, and you are responsible for having appropriate backup access arrangements.

Intellectual property

The service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by plus one and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, plus one will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your inability to access or exit a location, resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Termination

Your organization may suspend or remove your access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service where necessary to protect the service or its users, or to comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
